I am wanting to relieve stress and get stronger this summer. I am deciding between:
Kickboxing aerobics: This class will likely be girly, right? I could use the cardio. I'm certain I'll be uncomfortable around all the thin girls in exercise gear. Or I could be psyching myself out. It could be the challenge I need.
Strength Training: This would be intense. Singular. Definitely more about challenging myself than anyone else. Being a loner, this appeals to me as well. And -- hello! -- muscles! I love feeling strong physically.
I'll let y'all have some say in it. Exunt!
