i didn't write yesterday. i'm still going to write tonight. i have to get to the point where i write no matter what happens. it turns out i've been writing at night. perhaps the mornings might be better.
i have to get eric up early to vote. i have to be to work at 10am. we'll go at 9am. that's EARLY for eric. but i made him promise he'd vote. i'll get him up, then let him go back to sleep when i head to work. perhaps i'll stop at the coffee shop and write for half an hour before i show up here. my last day working at the coffee shop was great, of course. it's always that way. emily is also leaving for spain for 2 weeks. or rather, she left this morning. so we were both sort of leaving and bittersweet. she'll be back, though.
i may write more later, but i have some clothes to enter into the computer. i don't want to have to do them at the last minute. i have a couple of things to write up later anyway while i'm here: one of which is a proposal for both the faroe island tourist board and to a literary agent. i have to find a way to get out of the country for a year and writing is as good a way as any.
